Plot to Plate with Kathy Slack, on Sunday, March 8 (12.45pm-4pm) is a three-hour cooking masterclass on making food with seasonal crops.
Herbs in the City, on Tuesday, March 10 (7pm), explains how growing your own herbs for use in teas, tinctures and bathing can improve your health and connection to nature in the city.
From Shoot to Pod: the Power of the Humble Pea, on Tuesday, March 24 (7pm) is a workshop celebrating the power of the pea, learning how they can be used to make elegant, sophisticated drinks.
Designing Your Herb Garden, on Tuesday, March 31 (7pm) consists of a workshop on growing herbs in different urban conditions (pots, windowsills, balconies, raised beds etc.).
