You can’t visit the company’s stand for real this year… but there’s lots you can do to enjoy what the Japanese firm has to offer.
Visit niwaki.com where you will get to see the Niwaki stand, get advice on how to use its tools, talk to members of staff and see videos of the company’s tools in action and of the gardens visited in Japan.
A Niwaki spokesman said: “We’ve got a lot of new products that we were hoping to show you this year from ladders to workwear and clippers.
“Our new range of workwear and accessories include the wonderful Kojima Work Jacket which is handmade from selvedge denim in Kojima, the heartland of Japanese denim. Also on display on our virtual Chelsea Flower Show display will be our new Niwaki Tool Roll, Daikon Tote and Kantan Bag which offer waterproof and hard wearing tool carrying.
“The new Niwaki S-Type Clippers are beautifully wrapped in rattan, and are equally adept at topiary and woodier work around the garden.
“Our newest tripod ladder, the Niwaki EN Pro Adjustable Tripod Ladders have three adjustable legs with 40cm of adjustment making them extremely flexible, and an EN131 certified load bearing capacity of 150kg for strength.”
